Workforce
The company has created employment opportunities for close to 250 people, mostly women. People talk of women empowerment and as on date on the rolls of the company we have 89% women folk-all are uneducated, rural women, but bread winners for their families.
Plant and Machinery
Spread over a 1600 meter plot/shed, the raw dhoop unit infrastructure has all world class Plant & machinery, 24 hour power back up, inhouse raw material testing facility, installed fire hydrant systems, CCTV & huge storage capacity to store Raw material and processed dhoop. With the available plant and machinery we have the capacity to produce more than 600 metric tons of dhoop in a month. We have the best skilled & trained labor in this industry as it is a very tedious & a risky operation as most of the raw material is highly inflammable.
